Hotel Classification
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have noticed lately that your website represents our hotel with a three-star classification. However, our hotel (Landhotel Heuvelzicht) does not possess any stars. Therefore, I would kindly ask you to remove this star classification on Bookings.com with immediate effect.
I would be most grateful if you would look into this matter as soon as possible.

Note that is not a hotel star rating as not all istings are hotels, it is just a BdC Property rating.

An idea to crank up your stars would be to specialize in a certain area like being family/child focused, sports - facility focussed or food orientated. Just as example.
By standing out from the crowd you will soon gain more stars.
