HOUSE RULES

What can we do if the tenant does not comply with the Strictly "no smoking' House Rule?

This is our first booking, and they have arrived asking about smoking.  We supplied an ashtray and requested them not to smoke in the suite, but they seem to have ignored the request.

Hi

If you have undeniable evidence you could either give them a verbal warning or by message.

If they are unapologetic you simply evict them.

The reminder method usually is enough.

Are there no smoking signs in the suite?

I would potentially tell them of an area outside designated for smoking with something to put the waste in

Kind regards

Many USA hotels will later charge guests an extra $200, if they found smoking was done in the hotel room.

Smoking is prohibited in most Canadian homes and everybody respects rules....

In Greece guests cannot understand why Smoking if forbidden!!!

I guess you can also report them as a misconduct...in your Reservation tab but try first politely try to convince them that guests arriving after them will have health problems.

Wish you luck...
