how to avoid checkin and checkout in the same day

How about put stop sell on guest check out date .
We manually close the day the guest checks out (or the day before check in). This not only gives us more time to prepare the apartment, but also doesn't force guests to leave early (e.g. 10 AM) which many of them makes happy.
So, go to calendar and mark the checkout day as closed.
