How can I block a guest from future bookings?

I experienced a guest that was unfair in a review and do not wish to host them again. Is there a way to block this guest from future bookings?

Hi Bill

 

Yes, open their reservation details page and Click Report Guest. Then tick the box to block them.

 

 

REMINDER : NEVER POST ANY ACTION REQUEST , ESPECICALLY CANCELLATION REQUESTS HERE, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN., EVER!

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi! Thank you , but to report guest you can only within 7 or 10 days. And you have always bad luck because they will rate you bad.

Hello BrookAve,

 

Can you please make a screen shot  of where I can find this " Report Guest". I need to avoid another reservation from a past guest that did damage to the property and refused to pay but I can't find how. May be this is different on the German website.
