its not a bad UI/UX, its just a high learning curve for a minority of new partners.
thats the honest truth unpolished unfiltered .
High leaning curve indeed.. but I am not sure if I am a minority ! I am comparing it to airbnb where the designs are much better.. but that's me

Look at the screen to set availability...
Users expect availability to be Yes or No
Instead someone decided to make +1 or -1??? What does that mean?
Definitely the design is not intuitive.
Just sharing an example as you said minority of users find it difficult.. I think many users.. not minority
