How can I set the property policies to appear free wifi available in the reservation filters? Only appears within the annoncement

I have set the free wifi policie to available and it is refresehed into the apartment announcement but If I search the porperty as a guest doesn't appears the symbol of free wifi in the main list and also If I filter the apartments avaible selecting free wifi to yes my apartment is filtered.

If click into my apartment anouncement I can see in the facilities services Free wifi...What I have don wrong? I set the policy to fre wifi yes, in all the property

Make sure it is set also under :


Property > Policies : Internet & Parking.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
