I am sorry, but I am not finding easy at all. There is no option to cancel anywhere on the extranet. If you would be so kind as to explain this easy process step by step, I would appreciate it.
In your Extranet go to Opportunities tab, click on Genius Partner Programme...there you will find the Suspend Genius Account click on it and it will guide you.
Dear Purple Haze Eco Lodge, If you don't see any available option to leave Genius Program (You should see it under Opportunity > Genius Partner Program > Pick your rooms > Quit Genius program ), you will need to send a request to our Customer Support as you don't have the chance to remove it. Just bare in mind that if you quit it, it will be off for 6 months. Have a good day!
Thank you Community Admin. As you can see from my post above, those options are simply not available to me. I ended up sending a request to customer support to ask to be removed from the programme. I will see how it goes.
I have an issue with this too. I do not see how to cancel the genius program. I can see how to suspend it for a max of 30 days but I actually simply want to cancel it

Unable to find opportunity tab in extranet when opened on iPad. Does one need to be on a laptop or desktop?

Did You find solution how to cancel it ?
they moved it under the Opportunities menu, g oto it and then select :
Quit Genius Program
or if you have two or more Room Types, kee pone on Genius and opt out on the others.
You can also snooze for a month!!!
I don't have this option, i know you can pause for a month but i want to cancel altogether & they're not making it easy!

I guess you have to contact directly BDC through your Extranet inbox and ask them to assist you…
