How to change the amount of 'sleeps'?

On the extranet, we filled in to host 4 people (4 adults / 2 children / maximum of 4 people), with 1 bedroom for 2 and 2 sofa beds in the living room. When we check it out, on the booking website we see a sign of 3 persons at 'sleeps'. How can we change it into 4?

Phone BdC PartnerSupport for them to review how you have set it incorrectly and advise where you went wrong

 

 

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
