How to change time of check out template schedule to be sent ?

I have an automatic message to be sent 1 day before check out however its been sending at 8 am the day before a guest checks out. Meaning if they stay for one night then its been sent before they even check in. How can I change it so it sends in the evening before check out.

I also think this is a problem. It must be confusing for the guests to receive a check out message when they haven't even checked in yet. Hopefully, someone has a solution for this problem apart from having to send the emails manually once they have arrived.
