HOW TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

hi 

my guests left and took the key of the flat with them .

Considering they live in the UK I don't feel safe and want to get them back or change the lock.

The guests are not responding and the phone is off.

how can I call booking. com?

  1. First report it via the normal procedure using the Report Guest feature under the Reservation Details page on right pane.
  2. Once that is done follow up with a phone call to BdC support, they will attempt to call the guest also.

For a better way to secure and remote manage the lock on a cheap budget , and eliminate the use of a front door key.
