How do i add/ edit location if hotel doesn't have an address?

We are unable to edit or save the pin in locations so guest can find the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a street name. only coordinates and once I go to edit the location and drag the pin to the hotels point, it doesn't allow me to save. and i can't seem to find a way to contact support team. any way i can fix this issue by just adding coordinates? and where do i do this..
