how do I cancel with booking .com as a property. I paid R10000.00 to join Do I get this money back?

This is extremely worrying and strange. Unless BdC has a requirement in only your country for sign up, this sounds like you have been scammed.

Phone BdC Support to clarify further.

Adding Communities Team  to confirm here if this actually is a requirement for  JRs country or is it a scam??

I think the R currency is south africa, please confirm?

Booking.com will only charge commission for stayed or cancelled bookings in which you have taken a cancellation fee. There is no joining fee to use the platform initially. Please contact your local partner support in this case.
