how do I contact booking.com by phone

all emails to customerservice@booking.com come back undelivered

What is the correct email address?

Hi Jacqueline, 

The correct email address is customer.service@booking.com

Alternatively, you can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.

I have been leaving message on the customer service Extra Net, tried emailing just not getting any response from Booking.com.

I am not getting any payments due to the wrong swift code used by Bookings.com sending bank. 

I need them to attend to my emails, messages etc. This has been pending since the 26th of August 2022. Its just so frustrating not to be able to speak to anyone via direct message or email.

Thank you for the info and advise. I at long last managed to get hold of them and they will apparently now attend to my concerns.

thank you But the phone contact for Nairobi kenya English is off . have tried to reach them but the number is unreachable . our property has been suspended even after attaching prove of payment from BANK , please help update the contact if possible

Can you make it any more difficult or is it by desighn to fob off clients that you are almost uncontactable 

Now how can you deal with double booking my property this is the third or fourth time this month

  • CS is only for guests not partners and requires a PIN partners wont have
     
  • PS is for partners, and officially there is there is NO email address its just the Extranet messaging and the phone number options shown below.
