how do I contact customer service?

I need help to cancel a reservation that just entered and I can't host. Cant cancel it on the extranet because is less that 48 hours from the guest arrival because it entered a bit ago and the client want to check in tonight

  • You do not instead you contact Partner Support team. see below.
  • as you are a partner and not a guest, and yes there is a distinction as many have made this mistake only to get to an IVR system telling them to input their confirmation number and a PIN.
  • Something no partner will have. Only guest would have that.
