How do I do to higlite things regarding information that concern our B&B,

like that we dont´t have a kitchen for  cooking your one meals and so on

Guest need to have there one bead sheets withe them

This comendation do not offer Hotel standard do to that it is a privat B&B

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

1. To update the kitchen information, you can click on the  Room Amenities Tab in your extranet and adjust the settings there. 

2. To inform guests about bringing their own bed sheets, please request to add it to the fine print. Click Property tab> View Your Descriptions > scroll to the bottom and click Request a Fix.

If you require further assistance feel free message us using your extranet. Select the Inbox Tab> Click Booking.com Messages> See contact options.
