How do I email Booking.com

1. EMAIL Address - There has never been an email option . This is not a thing.
    
2. Use my visual guide below on how to both message and phone via Extranet.
    
3. I reccomend you message them first as per guide, then follow up with a phone call. 

Note do not use the public main lines unless you absolutely have to.

i.e. use the phone number via the discovery method below instead. as that is the partner support team number. This is a common mistake some partners make.

Please phone BdC Support directly for this type of enquiry. Guide below or :

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
