BdC wont be asking you that ,as you're meant to be an adult and decide which you want to do and then set it up yourself.

May seem harsh but its important from the get go you read everything, How IT Works, so there will be no surprises, no rage quiting , no raging at the extranet or this partner hub, due to failing to even make a basic effort to learn.

This is a common issue with new partners , I've been on here for the last 2 years. and seen it all. Some with zero patience , zero effort and want everything done for them.

The message template for new bookings is where you define pay methods, time limits, process to follow etc for guest.

Never be afraid to ask questions , just make sure to not leave anything out, and try to be concise and succinct, then perhaps we can advise on next step or action. Share guides etc...

Friendly reminder : we cannot help with account nor invoice/payout issues here, you must message Partner Support to open a case and then if urgent follow up with a phone call. see contact options below.

Reminder partners should NOT use Customer Services methods on main website,, use Partner Support.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
