How do I get in touch with a booking.com agent who called from ***
Hi, just had a call from an agent asking whether my property is available at short notice. I originally said no as I wasn't sure I could get it ready. I now know that I can. That number does not accept incoming calls and I have phone my local UK number and they have no record of any calls. The agent did not email me.
What is the best way to get in touch with whoever called? I have tried emailing customer.service but they just refer me to extranet emails. I have sent and extranet email but have had no response.
Thanks and apols but I am new to all of this.
Jon
Hi
Simply use the messaging system in Extranet under Inbox > Booking Messages.
a quick google for country code phone number 31 shows it is Netherlands +31.
There are various teams around Europe.
All you can do is flag it to your account as a message so the next person to pick it up with the full details stated, can check for any notes added by the previous person.
Thanks. I have emailed via extranet indicating which number I was contacted from.
I have called the Netherlands office but they seem very busy and are not answering.
Maybe I've learnt a lesson and should have taken details or asked them to contact me later.

All contact is recorded on their system so even if another advisor from another country team is next to reply they should be able to see all previous actions and notes
Thanks, but the UK office can't see anything. That's my problem. I was hoping they would just see that I had been contacted about the matter but they have no record.
then there is no further action ,and unless they comeback themselves, its is unlikely you will hear from them again.
