How do I open my resort to bookings

I have opened my rooms in the pulse app which confirms they are open and bookable. The extranet app calendar also says I am open and bookable.

However , on the overview page, it says my rooms are not open and not bookable.....whats the story.?

Also, when invited to view my property on booking.com, it will not appear, and shows me property available in a town 2 hours drive away....?

I have checked my location in the pulse app map, which is accurate.

Any ideas.

Hi Tim,

 

So initial setup please do not try to do everything from the pulse app... that is an extremely bad idea.

 

Sit down at a computer and use a browser for the full featured Extranet

 

  1. Use the  Calendar- list view to make sure you have everything right, expand restrictions in particular.  
  2. Request all extended fields be enabled e.g. No Arrivals , etc.

  3. Overview- status - yes that is normal for someone new and has not completed the Verify Location. Your profile says 2 months, so by now if no code via Post, you should have followed up with BdC Partner Support to get alternative method.  
  4. View MY Listing - Top right Account menu, to the right of that is the property listing menu and link, use that link. Check if the listing shows same issue. That is the same link you failed to add to your profile for us to be able to view and see the issue(s).

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
