How do i stop a particular guest booking with me
A troublesome guest is doing the rounds in our area. I do not want him to book at my establishment. How do i go about this?

you can only do it once the guest makes first booking, then use the report feature to report and tick box to block future bookings.
...however if Report Guest is greyed out you will have to report it via message/phonecall to Partner Support, and then once its canceled have them update the block status.
