I am having the same problem, and there is no phone number in the extranet Inbox tab, nor is there a way to send messages via the More tab on the Pulse app.

How on earth do you contact booking.com? Tried several ways suggested on here but still no joy, the number we've got doesn't seem to work.
Does anyone have number for customer services?

Hi Edward its not in inbox tab, its further down
i.e.
Extranet
...Inbox.
...Booking Messages
...on Right Pane, click on See Contact Options to reveal the phone number for you and a message option.
