How does one get hold of an actual person to speak to - the number in Cape Town have not been answered for months.
I have all invoices paid up to date since Jan to April, May is scheduled for payment this week, but Booking.com keeps sending me payment reminders, and Blocked my account. I have even sent proof of payments to them, but nothing works. It also is frustrating if you can never get hold of a human to speak to.
