Just been given a second email that we're required to fill it out to avoid suspension of our account. Yet the links provided do not take me to any kind of form that can be filled out.
I got an e-mail too. I have that information filled out and booking.com is still asking me to fill out the information about Know Your Partner. I would like to know the answer too.
Would appreciate any advice and experience sharing
