How i can debit The care to get The tax for canceling The booking

Good day,

ON 28 May 2021 as per Booking arrived one family and on same day they cancelled The booking. Was suppozed to stay 2 days. I tryed to debit The card The tax canceling, and The System did not recognized The user and pin Code. I tried many Time but not succed. I used The same pin Code and user which i used all The times  for entering in booking.

Could you help me please?? I dont like to pay comision for something which i didnt get The tax.

Hi Nuhzet,


The Cancel policy 'fee' (not a tax), can only be collected if you make them prepay.


Since that cancel and not prepay, you cannot but make sure you message Partner Support, a note so you do not get commission invoiced on this reservation also. 


Not sure what you mean by user and pin code, contact partner support for that or clarify it further.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
