How-To Opt out of Smart Flex Opportunity aka Risk Free Reservations Programme - temp or perm

Overview 

• The Risk Free Reservations Programme got recently renamed to Smart Flex.
• I know it didn't need a rename as all that achieved was confuse new partners even further as to what it was and why had they been auto enrolled
• The follow video clip and steps are how to either temp or permanently opt out.

Option 1 - Temporarily Opt Out after a set period of time

1. Open the Extranet > Opportunities Menu > Smart Flex
2. Scroll to the very bottom
3. Now click on the last link ending in "or leave this programme at any time."
4. Click "I want to leave the programme"
5. Now select Starting from today ... a period of
   1. 1 month 
   2. 2 months
   3. 3 months
6. It now shows the expire date in gree ntext.
7. Click save and you are done

Remember this will auto re-enroll you once it expires automatically

Option 2 - Permanently leave Smart Flex Programme

1. Open the Extranet > Opportunities Menu > Smart Flex
2. Scroll to the very bottom
3. Now click on the last link ending in "or leave this programme at any time."
4. Click "I want to leave the programme"
5. Now select Starting from today - Indefinitely
