There is no managed service for getting started you have to do it all yourself.

You just make an ad with one unit and that's it. :)
You will add as many rooms there are in the house, the bed info and rent it out as a single property.
Also, you can make different prices for the different number of people coming (lees people/lower price). Or you can keep one price and not care are there 2 people or 10 people coming. ;)
