How to set different monthly price for diferent season.
I can't set 2 different monthly price (or I don't know how to do it ).

Recently I'm trying to set monthly price which should be different during winter and summer season. So far I mannage to set only one price.

As you made the mistake of replying to your own new topic , it got moved., just edit it instead next time.
You can either :
1. make two rate plans , then apply when plan 1 offpeak does not apply and then when plan 2 peak does not apply.
2. make one monthly rate plan, set restrictions etc.
and then for the adhoc months, apply by date range a change to the rate in the calendar list view.
option 2 is the easiest to manage.

actually i just had a look ato refresh and i thin kthe two rate plans for monthly peak and offpeak could be done using this:

step one set range dates of plan to want to make not available.
Step two for each Room type select - specfic Rate Plans
Now select the Rate Plan under that room Type to be closed or opened.
Now - Set selected room and rates as : Open closed.
Rate Plans - Summer RP, Winter RP
dont forget to cover all other dateranges with Monthly RP (normal) and then close the other two monthly RP (winter and summer)
or close that spring date range
