I had a reservation which was cancelled by the guest. i sent booking.com a message. I believe the guest also sent a message because he told me. The No show was not active on my template so I could not use it.
However, booking.com has gone ahead and sent me an invoice to pay. They never read the notes. It is very disturbing if am asked to pay a fee which never took place. I kindly ask the management to look at the notes. I shall be glad if this concern is resolved. I cant pay commision which didnt take place,.
