I can see which room my guest has booked, but my guests say they can't. Is that true?
Almost all my Booking.com guests arrive not knowing where they are staying. They say there is no room number on the booking and get grumpy about it understandably. I can see which room they have booked, but my automated templates send to all rooms, so there is no way to message them about their individual rooms, give them a code for check in or even tell them which room they have.
Anyone know how this works?
