I cannot create a message in Inbox > Support.... Can you?

One way to contact the support is through Extranet > Inbox > Support.

However, There I cannot create a new message.
What am I missing?

Yes I have had words with them over the wording on that page and even the latest revision is still terrible , that is why I have created my own guide... 

and I snip and include it as my signature below when I reply to most.

Message or Call BdC Partner Support ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
