i cant sign in on pulse



IM new on booking. i tried to open Pulse but i cant access  on it. the problem is that i think i have put on an wrong number to let me send the code.

Instead sit down at a PC and use a browser for the full fat extranet , to test logon , and then if needed use the recovery link on that page to recover /reset password.


https:// admin dot booking dot com - literally that easy to rememeber.


then once you are able to  logon to Extranet that way, retry the pulse app, worst case uninstall  , powercycle and reinstall the app.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
