I didn't accept the reservation for one night to my property.The guest ask for the money he paid to Booking.com.Would i have to refund the guest me or Booking which is responsible for the payments?
A guest booked my property for 1 night but I didn't accept.The guest asked for a refund,I agreed but I don't know if I must refund the quest me or Booking
If Booking.com accepts the payments for you and then sends you the amount of yours, then booking.com needs to refund the guest.
If you are using a virtual credit card
If you have not charged it yet, don't and ask booking.com to refund the guest and waive the fees for the guest.
If you have charged the guest's card, then you have to refund him.
