I don’t want to accept a reservation
A guest made a reservation and texted me saying he’s expecting extra clean apt, I answered but his second text shows me he is a trouble maker. I want him to find a different płace, there’s plenty of time
that's my Issue right now too. BOOKING only gives me the option to ask nice to agree for Cancelation - my Guest do not answer or react.

I suggest a different apt and my guest doesn’t react leaving me hopeless. When worst comes to worst I will not open the apt for him but I would really like BOOKING to help - I don’t want to have a fight.
