Please logon to the Extranet on a browser on a computer for the full Extranet.
It actually sounds like a local issue. on the computer browser reset browser cache with <CTRL> +<F5>.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
