I entered "flexible 30 days" as a cancellation criterion. Nevertheless, 13.02 appears on request. until 20.02.2020 with conditions "no money back". What do I have to do?

Habe „flexibel 30 Tage“ als Stornierungskriterium eingegeben. Trotzdem erscheint bei Anfrage 13.02. bis 20.02.2020 bei Konditionen „kein Geld zurück“. Was muss ich tun? I entered "flexible 30 days" as a cancellation criterion. Nevertheless, 13.02 appears on request. until 20.02.2020 with conditions "no money back". What do I have to do?

Cancelation Under Policies does not have - Flexible 30 days.

So have you then changed it in the Cancelation Preference : How Long before arrival can the guest cancel free of charge ? until 30 days before arrival.

 

 

I do nott understand the

what request? you have not explained nor set  context for this part.
