I forgot my ID and now I can’t access to my account

Hi,

I have an account in booking partners, and when the COVID comes we have stopped our business. Now we want to restart our business, but the problem is that when I want to access to my account they tell me that « Your password has expired « and they tell me also that they sent me a reset link to my email but the problem is that I didn’t recive any email, and in order to talk to the support I need the ID number but I forgot my ID number. And without the ID numbre I don’t think that I can get some help from the support.
