I have 3 rooms with air-condition, I want to add an option to book without air-condition those three rooms
How do I change the option to offer to my guests non air-condition rooms with less price. Because I see only options to include air-condition or no, I want to give both options to choose by customers. Thank you.

You either have it or do not, there is no secondary conditional offer.
Its not an option.
Also consider Smart Control enabling them, where you can kill power to them.over the local wifi and internet.
It can be done with the right zigbee enabled power line accessory.
