I have a double booking and cannot find how to contact booking.com on any of the suggested ways
I just realised that we have a double booking due to a customer adding an additional room on another channel. The guest is about to arrive and I do not know what to do
instead you should always first try guest and explain and ask them to start it by clicking cancel on their reservation.
