I have just joined Booking.com and a guest has booked at a really really low price!!

I have just joined Booking.com and a guest has booked at a really really low price!! I literally cannot afford to host the guest at that price. I HAVE to cancel the booking. But also I need to know what has gone wrong and ensure it does not happen again. 

I understand booking,com might have applied a 25% reduction on my first booking and perhaps this one too but the price the guest has booked at is closer to a 50% reduction. 

I have no clue how to contact the staff at Booking.com either. 

ANY HELP PLEASE!
