I need to cancel the booking that the deposit is not paid
I have been contacting since January to cancel a few of the bookings, however booking.com does not respond.
The phone number that is listed does not even connect.
Your next step /action is to phone BdC Partner Support***

Note:
If these are No Shows and cancellations then use the Reservation Statements feature under Finance menu.
Simply tick the dispute column box for each one by period, then upper right click the button to submit enmass.
then switch to the new period and rinse and repeat.
then once all of that is done , send a message as per above process, to confirm you have done this and if there is anything else you need to do
