I need to cancel a booking urgently

I am very new to booking.com and after so many requests for someone to call me I have now got a double booking x 2 

 

I need 2 guests ( 2 bookings cancelled urgently )

Please resend your message request through your Extranet inbox directly to booking.com to assist you…

This is only a Partners Community…

 

Please have in mind that sync is not in real time and double bookings can occur…You have to control your calendar manually…
