I NEED TO CANCEL A CLIENT

The building where our apartment is located required major repairs and we are forced to cancel all customer reservations until the end of February.
please guide me.

Hello Holya!

First of all you should contact your account manager immediately – they'll contact your guests on their behalf to settle the matter.

Then I recomment you to contact your guests via Extranet and press «Request to cancel reservation» button, explaining the situation to the guests...

It's always better to keep people informed.

 

That's a bad situation, but could happen to anyone... :(
