I need help

I made all of my rooms open for the rest of the year and it still says that my property is closed/not bookable. I want it to be bookable. I don't use booking often,only once a year and the first year was easy but after that I don't know what happened and they closed me. I thought it was because of covid but now I don't know. Can anyone help?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
