I need help with how to amend time in advance that is needed to book a room please

Open Calendar - List View ,expand restrictions  to see extended fields.

You are looking for Max or min advance reservation.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.

Sounds like you want to set a Minimum Advance Reservation restriction! We've got a handy guide you can follow - our system counts backwards from midnight on the check-in date, which means you can set restrictions both in terms of days (D) as well as hours (H) before check-in.

How do I set up minimum and maximum advance reservations?
