I need to snooze i of my properties,. I have all the details, however those instructions are not available in practice

I need to snooze 1 of my properties. i'v found the instructions however, these do not work out in practice because some of the steps to follow are not to be found

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hmm.. It should be pretty simple to snooze a listing. Sounds like a technical glitch? Please get in touch with Booking.com. In the meantime, remember to close out your availability for future dates.
