I search phone number and mail of customers who have cancelled

I have a customer who have cancelled because covid : *** ***  booking *** Date 11 february 2020

Can you help me please ? This customer would like to book next year (4-5 juni )

You have to contact directly booking.com to support you in this matter.

You can call them or send a message request through your Extranet inbox.

1.If it is more than 7 days since last message and booking cancelled, the system will prevent you from doing so.

2. BdC support will not give you the guest contact info. CHeck the cancelled booking pdetails page for a phone number or button to click to reveal it.


Its up to the guest themselves to make a new booking, BdC will not facilitate this request, as it goes against their T &C,  for direct bookings. 


i.e. why would they help you take direct bookings and pay nothing to BdC ?

Yes, we could not get the contact detail once reservation is cancelled
