I want to cancel a Booking

I wish to cancel a booking as the guest has asked to check in at five minutes after midnight - staying for 7 nights (with this night) but paying for only 6. Obviously if I have other guests they will be using the beds and won't be checking out until midday. I have tried to cancel but it says only two options. one for guest payment not gone through or guest has requested to cancel (which he hasn't). What do I do? I can't get in touch with anyone from to ask for a cancellation due to the issues. tia

  • wow another one of those clowns, I had one of them once, he quickly learned he had to pay me for the extra night in person in cash (no commission on it)
  • but that was only possible due to the first night was not booked so i blocked it manually.
