I want to change the payment methods of my reservations

This is my personal propert

i need guests to pay me a deposit before i can confirm the booking and then pay me directly the rest of the money hpon arrival to the propert

and then i will to booking.com the commission

This is how i used to work with booking .com before

now i had guest call me paying online to booking.com

auto confirmed once your calendar shows it
use NewReservation template, add deposit or prepayment with time limit before you will click Request Cancellation and click option 1.
