In the extranet, first close rooms to stop new bookings,
go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose TERMINATE

As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
If you follow BrookAve's advice, you will be able to contact support either via a message or on the local phone number.
You will need to contact support for assistance, and/or close all rooms via the calendar (or your channel manager) so that they are not bookable on our platform.
