I was trying to create a co-host for my property. now the property is no longer on the account when I log in.
I have purchased a property that has been on booking.com for some years. The host email@example.com tried adding me as a co-host.
Now there are a number of issues. She can no longer see the property, the property still comes up on the search when trying to make a booking. Through her mobile pulse she still sees the property, I believe because she has not needed to sign in since the problem.
If I try signing in I am asked to create a new property.
Please help as there are plenty of bookings and we are in the dark.
